We built this site because most dog advice online is either vague, contradictory, or written to sell you something first and help you second. Our guides are practical, breed-specific, and grounded in mainstream, force-free training and veterinary guidance.

Bradley is the founder of Twisty Works & Services and the maker of PawLevel, a gamified dog-training app. An Australian dog owner, he started Pawpy Dawg to cut through the vague, sell-first dog advice online with practical, force-free guidance he'd actually trust with his own dog.
How our guides are made
Every guide is written and edited by a real Australian dog owner and held to a strict sourcing standard: recommendations follow accepted positive-reinforcement methods and mainstream veterinary consensus. We use AI research tools to speed up drafting, but a human fact-checks, edits, and signs off on everything before it publishes. We do not publish medical diagnoses — for anything health-related, your vet is always the right call.
Our standards
- Force-free only. We never recommend fear, pain, or intimidation-based methods.
- Australian context. Prices, laws, vaccination timelines and climate risks (like snake season) are specific to Australia.
- Corrections welcome. Spot something wrong or out of date? Tell us and we'll fix it.
